Champs!

Last night our young women won the area basketball playoffs. It was a very close game - they won by only 3 points. The best part was they had a great time together, and everyone got to play.

They are champs; not because they won the game, but because of the great lives they lead. Each of these girls is exemplary. They maintain their high standards in the tough arenas of junior and senior high school. They are respectful to adults at an age where many take pride in flaunting their disrespect. Best of all, they are kind to one another. I'm proud to know them, and I cheer them on in all their life pursuits.
